An evening of local wine and cheese tastings will take place on Monday, June 29th at 8:30 PM at the Milanere community center.

A journey to discover local food and wine excellence through a guided tasting of native Val di Susa wines and select cheeses, paired to enhance their characteristics and aromas.

Participants will be accompanied by experts from:

O.N.A.V. - National Organization of Wine Tasters, who will guide the discovery of the Baratuciat grape variety

O.N.A.F. - National Organization of Cheese Tasters, who will conduct the sensory analysis and pairings with the proposed cheeses
