On Sunday, May 18 European Mill Days. From 10:00 am to 01:00 pm and from 02:00 pm to 06:00 pm the Martinet Hydraulic Mill will be open to the public for guided tours of the various spaces and installations. It will be possible to discover the functioning of the grain mill, the crusher for processing hemp and for producing seed oil, the systems of the Municipal Electricity Company of Salbertrand, one of the oldest in Piedmont, and discover anecdotes and curiosities about the history and community management of the building and the life and work of the miller.
