Registration is now open for the Via Francigena Marathon Val di Susa.

The 8th edition of the fun and physical activity walk along the Via Francigena in the Susa Valley will take place on Sunday, June 7th.

New for 2026: Choose your favorite Half Marathon route! From Avigliana to Villar Focchiardo or from Sant'Antonino di Susa to Susa.

Get ready: 2 different starting points (Avigliana and Sant'Antonino di Susa) and 3 different finishing points (Susa, Villar Focchiardo, and the Sacra di San Michele) ensure maximum freedom of choice.

The passage to the Sacra di San Michele will be a concentration of beauty, with the climb to the Abbey from the Sentiero dei Principi.

This year, ASD IRIDE of Rivoli is also working to organize the Marathon along the Piedmontese Via Francigena, which starts in Avigliana and ends in Susa, passing through the most characteristic points of the Susa Valley, passing by the Sacra di San Michele via the evocative Sentiero dei Principi. This year's routes are:

•MS – MARATHON: Avigliana – Susa, approximately 45 km (passing by the Sacra di San Michele), elevation gain 1400 m (1,400 ft).

•ME – EASY MARATHON: Avigliana – Susa, approximately 40 km; elevation gain 800 m (not passing by the Sacra di San Michele).

•HAS – HALF MARATHON: Avigliana – Villar Focchiardo, approximately 23 km (passing by the Sacra di San Michele), elevation gain 800 m (1,400 ft).

•HAE – HALF MARATHON: Avigliana – Villar Focchiardo, approximately 18 km; Elevation gain: 200m (excluding the Sacra di San Michele)

• HS – HALF MARATHON: Sant’Antonino di Susa – Susa; elevation gain: approximately 800m (25km)

• SS – SACRA di SAN MICHELE MARATHON: Avigliana – Sacra di San Michele, approximately 12km; elevation gain: 600m (600m)
