Grown in the fertile soil along the banks of the Dora Riparia river, the *Cipolla Bionda* (Blonde Onion) stands out for its distinctive flattened shape and exceptionally sweet, delicate flavor. Still cultivated today on a small scale by a handful of passionate "guardian farmers," it represents a true treasure of Piedmontese biodiversity.
As the undisputed star of the event, the onion will be available for both display and purchase. Alongside local growers, there will be stalls featuring products from Slow Food Presidia, *Maestri del Gusto* (Masters of Taste), and producers from the Susa Valley.
Food stalls will be ready to delight the palate with traditional onion-based dishes, accompanied by live cooking demonstrations that showcase how they are prepared.
This edition also sees the return of the special "Welcome Tour" dedicated to the Drubiaglio Blonde Onion, organized in collaboration with Turismo Torino e Provincia.
