Carbonara Festival from July 23rd to 26th in Piazza Garambois. Oulx hosts the gastronomic event celebrating carbonara, featuring food stands and chefs from the capital who will offer an immersive culinary experience featuring historic recipes, quality ingredients, and centuries-old traditions.
Live music will also be provided, providing entertainment in a convivial and engaging atmosphere.
Admission to the Carbonara Festival is free.
Thursday, July 23rd, opening at 6:00 PM; from July 24th to 26th, opening at 12:00 PM.
