On Sunday, May 11 at 05:00 pm at the in the Bishop's Hall of the Civic Music Institute "Sandro Fuga" in Avigliana, third appointment with the new initiative "Meet the author". The initiative includes the presentation of books written by authors from Turin. During the event, the authors will talk with the moderator, telling the genesis of their works, the themes covered and answering questions from the public. Title of the book “L’Arte e il Mestiere" or a journey through Italian music from the 70s through the figure of Gigi Venegoni, guitarist, producer, founder of Arti&Mestieri, among the most influential musicians in the Italian scene.
The book is, thanks also to the stories of the musicians who have supported Venegoni throughout his career, a cross-section of those years, through social revolts, large musical gatherings, prog-rock, the Years of Lead. There is no shortage of anecdotes and funny stories to embellish an unmissable book for those who lived through those years and also for the younger ones.
