On Thursday, September 10th, from 7:00 PM, Ciclocucina will host Fadi, a Palestinian chef who arrived in Italy about a year ago with his wife and three children. He will bring the flavors of his homeland to the table, through a dinner dedicated to Middle Eastern and Gazan cuisine.
Cooking alongside him will be the Ciclocucina chefs, in an evening built around the kitchen as a space for meeting, learning, and solidarity.
A portion of the evening's proceeds will go to Fadi and his family.
The evening will be enriched by an interview with Fadi by Alp King and Hassan Khorzom, to learn more about his story and that of the cuisine he will bring to the table, and by a DJ set to continue the evening's socializing after dinner.
