Friday, July 24, at 9:30 pm at the CIRCOLO AMICI DI CELS, Cels, Morliere 3, in Exilles, screening of the film "Il buco" by Michelangelo Frammartino (Italy 2021, 93 minutes).
In August 1961, the young members of the Piedmontese Speleological Group, already explorers of all the caves in Northern Italy, changed course and headed south, eager to explore other caves unknown to man, delving into the subsoil of a Southern Italy that everyone was abandoning. Here, in the Pollino National Park in Calabria, these very young speleologists, descending into the darkness of the earth, discovered the second deepest cave in the world, the Abisso di Bifurto.
Free admission.
The screenings of Colombano 500 are part of the 14th edition of the "A Summer at the Cinema" series, organized by the National Cinema Museum Association.
