Permanent exhibition with finds from the Western Alps campaign of June 1940 which in the Susa Valley, between Bardonecchia and Monginevro, included the unfolding of important feats of arms including the bombing of the 515th Chaberton Battery.

The former church of Santa Croce, in Piazza Conte Rosso, hosts "A World of Fairy Tales: Witches, Wizards, Enchantresses, and Extraordinary Animals," a group exhibition of 46 artists.

From July 12 the spaces of the Adelaide Castle will host Storie Dipinte, an anthological exhibition dedicated to the master Guglielmo Meltzeid, an artist with an international career who has been able to blend pictorial technique and narrative strength in over sixty years of activity.

Industrious silences in Susa

The Diocesan Cultural Center has reached 25 years of activity, and to celebrate, it is organizing an exhibition consistent with its commitment: the connection between cultural heritage and the territory, between spirituality and local history. Set in the rooms of the Diocesan Museum of Susa, the exhibition "Silenzi operosi" (Working Silences) focuses on the role of the monasteries of the Susa Valley in shaping medieval society, the economy, the landscape, and social relations, recounting their past and the lasting impact they have had on the present day.

The Return of the Wolf in Buttigliera Alta

Fairy tales, legends, and true stories about the wolf, with a narrated visit exploring the fauna depicted in the frescoes of the Preceptory of Sant’Antonio di Ranverso, followed by a talk by Andrea Beretta, nature guide from the Educational Services of the Royal Parks Protected Areas Management Authority.

One of the most eagerly awaited autumn events in the Susa Valley is back again this year: the 26th edition of “Art, Crafts, Music and… Siole Pien-e”, scheduled for Sunday, October 5 in Rivera di Almese, with a rich calendar of events running from Thursday, October 2 to Sunday, October 12.

On Sunday, September 28 at 5:00 PM, the Friends of the Church of San Rocco and the cultural association ELEVAL – Moments of Art, in collaboration with Mosaicopensiero by Marcello Monacelli, will inaugurate the exhibition “MOSAIC EXHIBITION: Tesserae in Harmony”, curated by Domiziana Bocina.

From October 5 to 12, the 13th edition of the Planet Earth Week will take place, a national event promoting geosciences. The Metropolitan City of Turin, together with Arpa Piemonte, is organizing a geo-event titled “From the Tethys to the Alps through the Colle del Lys,” scheduled for Sunday, October 5, with a postponement to the 12th in case of bad weather.

On the occasion of the Fiera Franca del Grand Escarton, on Saturday, October 4 at 5 p.m. in Oulx, at the Delfinale Tower, the photographic exhibition by Giorgio Negro “A World Nearby – Flocks and Shepherds of Our Valleys” will be inaugurated.

The current Fiera Franca del Grand Escarton is the last event in the Upper Susa Valley closely linked to agro-forestry-pastoral activities, but it is also a showcase for local producers and an occasion for celebration, music, dance, and fun.

The exhibition "Cime di alberi e gambe di tavolo" by the artist Jacopo Rinaldi opens on Saturday 14 June from 3pm to 7pm at the Pinacoteca "G.A. Levis" (via Vittorio Emanuele 75) in Chiomonte. The exhibition is the result of a period of residency, part of the program launched by Pinacoteca G.A. Levis aimed at hosting contemporary artists with the aim of activating new narratives starting from the substantial heritage of paintings by the landscape artist Giuseppe Augusto Levis and increasing public collections.

"Territories and Society in a Changing Climate" is the theme of this year's Sustainable Development Festival, now in its seventh edition.

On Sunday, September 14 at 5:00 PM, Friends of the Church of San Rocco and the ELEVAL Cultural Association – Moments of Art, in collaboration with the Galleria Pirra, Tino Aime Association, Sergio Albano Archive, Giacomo Soffiantino Archive, Francesco Tabusso Archive, and the Elisabetta Viarengo Miniotti Foundation, will inaugurate the exhibition “Paesaggi d’Autore”, curated by Domiziana Bocina, in the exhibition space of the ancient Romanesque church of San Rocco on Via Battisti in Condove.
