Sunday, July 12th, at 9:30 pm, at the NATURE PAVILION, Via degli Alpini, in Exilles, screening of the film "Ambin – La roccia e la pium" by Fredo Valla (Italy 2023, 63 minutes).
Ambin is just a word written on maps, indicating a group of mountains between the upper Susa Valley, the Cenischia Valley, and Mont Cenis. For Ambin to transform from a simple word into a "name," a gaze capable of resting on those mountains and those rocks is needed, capable of inhabiting them and attempting to give them shape and time. A vision capable of capturing and describing those gazes is needed, to rescue them from oblivion and their fragile persistence.

The screenings of Colombano 500 are part of the 14th edition of the "A Summer at the Cinema" series, organized by the National Cinema Museum Association.
