An afternoon dedicated to personal growth and mental development in sport, aimed at athletes aged 14 to 25, parents, and coaches. The meeting of Saturday, November 15 from 02:30 pm to 05:30 pm at the Bertotto auditorium will address the topic of the winning mentality and psychological balance in sports, analyzing it from the perspectives of the athlete, parent, and coach.
The meeting will be led by Aurora Puccio, a sports mental coach and inspirational speaker who works with elite athletes, coaches, and teams to help them develop confidence, motivation, and inner strength.
