On Saturday, May 2nd, at 4:00 PM in Moncenisio, at the Le Terre al Confine Ecomuseum, a folk concert with Ludovico Sanmartino and Matteo Pons will take place.
The group, led by the young singer-songwriter Ludovico Sanmartino, tells stories linked to the mountainous area of the Germanasca Valley. Through characters, memories, and daily experiences, the music conveys the identity of a land rich in culture yet often marginalized, alternating between collective and intimate dimensions. The songs, suspended between songwriting and poetry, are performed in Occitan and Italian. With two albums under their belt, the group has received significant recognition, participating in the Sanremo Giovani selections and collaborating with artists such as the Modena City Ramblers.
