On Sunday, April 19th, for the first opening of the 2026 season, visitors can visit the Roman Villa of Almese to discover how the Romans lived in the Susa Valley in the first century AD. Traveling back in time, visitors can enter the villa's rooms and immerse themselves in the atmosphere of one of the most important Roman-era suburban residential complexes in Piedmont.
The Roman Villa of Almese, located in Grange di Rivera, will be open from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with the first tour starting at 3:00 PM and the second at 4:30 PM.
The event is promoted by the Ar.c.A. (Art, Archaeology and Culture in Almese) association, under the patronage of the Municipality of Almese, in collaboration with the Magnetto Foundation, Finder S.p.A., Univoca, Tesori d’arte e cultura alpina, and the Superintendency of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape for the Metropolitan City of Turin.
