Hike "On the Sites of the Resistance Between Certosa 1515 and the Sacra di San Michele".
A hiking experience around Mount Ciabergia, in areas of great natural and cultural value, to discover ancient villages, splendid panoramic views, themed trails, and local history linked to the memory of the War of Liberation and the Resistance to Nazi-Fascism. This is an opportunity to reconsider the moral and civic values that were the foundation of the Italian Republic.
Meet at Certosa 1515 at 8:30 AM.
ROUTE Certosa 1515, Ca' di Fra, Cumba 'd Cumpar Robert and old aqueduct, Roc du Martel erratic boulder, Combravino viewpoint, Modoprato viewpoint and nearby Trucetti locality (memory of the brothers Mario and Raoul Clementi, mowed down by Nazi-fascist gunfire), Poets' path: "Poems on the move", Modoprato, Chiodrero (plaque to the Fallen of all wars) and Chiapero (stone in memory of the tragic massacre of 26/5/1944), Colle Braida, Basinatto village and monument in memory of the Martyrs of Buonaria - 26/5/1944 -, the "Red Cross", Cava d'Andrade, Colle della Croce Nera (Sacra di S. Michele), panoramic points of Colletto del Farò and Punta dell'Ancoccia, Via dei Pellegrini, Sentiero dei Principi, Pian di Fan, Mortera village (April 6, 1944 massacre), San Francesco fountain, Certosa 1515.
It is possible to join the group independently at some points along the route and stop for a shorter route, to be communicated upon registration.
