Did you know that in Susa, in the middle of August, the Ferie Auguste were celebrated with shows, games, and festivals dedicated to the emperor? From the praetorium to the temple, to the amphitheater, the ancient city was transformed into a stage of emotion.
On Saturday, August 23, with "Susa Svelata," we will relive that atmosphere: a theatrical journey through the iconic sites of Roman Susa, accompanied by costumed characters who will guide us through the rites, entertainment, and secrets of the ancient world.
The experience begins at the Castle of Countess Adelaide. There will be a convivial aperitif (included in both sessions), followed by a moonlit stroll through the heart of the city.
Sessions:
- Susa at Sunset 05:30 pm-09:00 pm
- Unveiled Susa 08:00 pm-11:20 pm
