The 16th edition of the Sestriere Film Festival will take place from August 1st to 8th at the Cinema Fraiteve in Sestriere, Europe's highest cinema at 2,035 meters, with a closing concert at the Rifugio Alpette scheduled for Sunday, August 9th at 11:30 a.m.
Organized by the Montagna Italia Association, in collaboration with the Municipality of Sestriere and the Sestriere Tourism Consortium, with the support of the Piedmont Regional Council and the Turin Chamber of Commerce, and under the patronage of the Metropolitan City of Turin, the event aims to promote the mountains through high-altitude cinema.
