I Dilettanti all’Opera APS presents "The Mad Doctor," the famous comedy by Eduardo Scarpetta, adapted by Giuseppe Todaro and directed by the young director Gregory Specchi. The story revolves around the deception of Ciccillo, a medical student in debt, who convinces his uncle, Don Felice Sciosciammocca, that he is the director of an important psychiatric hospital. In reality, it is a very peculiar boarding house, populated by characters easily mistaken for madmen, giving rise to misunderstandings and hilarious twists. The event will not only be a lighthearted affair: the evening will also have a charitable purpose.
