La Bionda in Tavola: stalls showcasing and selling local products, street food featuring ingredients from Slow Food Presidia, and plenty of Cipolla Bionda e Piatta di Drubiaglio (the blonde, flat onion of Drubiaglio). There will also be showcooking of traditional dishes made with this onion, which has long held De.Co. recognition and was recently added to the Slow Food Presidia.
The farmers who grow the Drubiaglio onion and safeguard its seeds are few and operate on a very small scale.
