Fifth edition of Pellegrina Bike Emotion 4 ALL!, the cycling-tourism event scheduled in the Municipality of Condove on September 13 and 14, always sponsored by the Metropolitan City of Turin. The event was created to promote the Via Francigena in the Susa Valley and its cycle path, combining sport, the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, discovery of the territory, and social inclusion.
The heart of the event will be the Pellegrina Bike Village, in Piazza Martiri della Libertà, which will host entertainment and shows. On Sunday, September 14, three loop routes planned for this edition will start from there. These routes will pass through the lower Susa Valley, at the foot of the Sacra di San Michele, crossing 19 municipalities from Bussoleno in the west to the moraine hills in the east, with departure and arrival in Condove.
Saturday, September 13, will be the day for the little ones: children from 4 to 12 years old can participate in the Mini Pellegrina in a safe space, with gymkhana courses and recreational sports activities. There are two routes: 1.5 km for children aged 4 to 6, and 3 km for children aged 7 to 12.
In the afternoon, there will be bike-themed shows and attractions as well as the traditional talk about cycling, in an extraordinary year for the Susa Valley, which, in addition to the Giro d’Italia, hosted the Vuelta a España for the first time, showcasing its potential to cycling enthusiasts worldwide.
On Sunday, September 14, activities will start at 10 a.m. (Pellegrina 4ALL at 10:45 a.m.) with three routes designed for all levels: the Gravel Lungo (18+ only), a 70 km route with 550 meters of elevation gain; the Gravel Medio (14 years and up), 50 km long with 300 meters of elevation gain; and the Pellegrina 4ALL, a 12 km route with 50 meters of elevation gain, open to beginners, families, and people with disabilities accompanied appropriately.
