Sunday, August 17 in Salbertrand, Cottian Alps park headquarter, conference and visit to the Garden of the Butterflies with the guide Simone Siviero.
The names of butterflies (both Latin and common) often recall gods and heroes of Greek mythology. During a theoretical lesson we will try to describe the most common butterfly species in the Alps and immerse ourselves in the myths evoked by their names. Afterwards, a visit to the Butterfly Garden, at the headquarters of the Salbetrand Park: an opportunity to see butterflies live and try to identify them.
Meeting at 09:30 am at the headquarter of the Gran Bosco di Salbertrand natural park.
Cost 20 euros.
