Over ninety young musicians from the Goitre Center will perform on the stage of the Daniele Bertotto Auditorium on Friday, May 15th, Saturday, May 16th, and Sunday, May 17th. The program ranges from ensemble workshops—for ages 6 to 11—with vocals, percussion, body percussion, and forays into theatrical expression, to performances by older instrumentalists. This year, a specific focus characterizes the performances of the instrumentalists, from age 9 to university level: ample space is given to chamber music, duos, trios, and small ensembles.
The choirs will also be present: the children's choir and youth choir with its male section, and the female ensemble of refined voices who have been studying music at the Center for over 10 years.
New this year is the debut of the orchestra workshop, or rather, an extraordinary orchestra with art instruments, everyday objects, educational tools, and voices, aimed at students aged 13 to 18.
