The autumn artistic and cultural season at the Ricetto per l’Arte – Agorà della Valle di Susa continues with a significant new development: the two projects that in recent years had been combined – "Pennellate in versi cadenze sfumate" and the "Agnese Milani Prize" – are once again becoming separate events and, starting from this edition, will alternate every other year.
2025 marks the year of "Pennellate in versi cadenze sfumate", now in its eighth edition, which returns with a renewed format: poets and artists will not simply present their works, but will collaborate actively, designing and creating together pieces born from the dialogue between word and image.
Twelve creative voices – six poets and six artists – will bring this collective experience to life:
Luigi Angelino (Valgioie), Angela Donna (Turin), Lea Giacone (Buttigliera Alta), Alexia Panizza (Susa), Paola Sappa (Villar Dora), Ambrosia Rinaldo (Rivoli), Roberto Beltramo (Giaveno), Erica Catapane (Almese), Claudio Cullino (Rivoli), Donatella Gagliardi (Villar Dora), Valentina Rossi (Caprie), Francesca Viale (Palazzolo Vercellese).
The theme of this edition is the BALANCE between humans and nature – an invitation to reflect, through the meeting of art and poetry, on the urgent need for everyday practices of environmental respect and protection.
The exhibition will open on Saturday, September 13 at 6:00 PM in the halls of the Ricetto di Almese. During the opening, Luigi Angelino will accompany visitors with poetic readings from the collection by Lea Giacone.
Two public workshops are scheduled during the exhibition period:
- Thursday, September 18, 6:00–8:00 PM: “Tarot and Poetry”, led by Katia Ravalli (Almese).
- Saturday, September 20, 2:30–4:30 PM: “Equilibri”, an expressive watercolor and poetry workshop with Valentina Bollo (Vaie).
VISITING DAYS AND HOURS
The exhibition will be open from September 13 to 28, every Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with a special opening on Friday, September 19 during the same hours.
