Through the analysis of the situation concerning individual museums and comparison among them, the critical issues and strengths have been highlighted.

In particular, the project includes:

1. Structural adjustments: signposting towards the museum spaces.

Updating of directions, common graphics, and intelligent repositioning according to the renewed local road routes, with particular attention to railway stations and highway junctions. Communication uniformity consistent with the graphics of the enhancement plan Valle di Susa. Treasures of Alpine Art and Culture.

2. Adjustment of relationships with the public: information about the exhibited works

Updating and integrating information about the works offered to the public through various tools: from the more traditional paper ones, present at the sites, to the information and multimedia tools envisaged by the project.

3. Multimedia setups and virtual accessibility

Access to information in a facilitated manner through automatic transmission systems like Bluetooth.

Development of the app Valle Susa Heritage (downloadable from stores) which, with the help of beacons, provides a new way to visit museum sites, especially for people with disabilities.

The mobile application ensures a virtual visit to the sites by providing information related to individual POIs (Point Of Interest) present at each site; this information can be consulted both through traditional mechanisms (indexes, maps, etc.) and in ON-SITE VISIT mode where access to information is automated and activated by proximity to beacons (programmable Bluetooth Low Energy transmitters), ensuring that simply by entering the beacon's operating area, the information is automatically presented to the user.
