The "Moncenisio and Surroundings" hiking program, a calendar of six events between June 21st and September 27th, organized by certified environmental hiking guide Stefano Carena with the free patronage of the Municipality of Moncenisio.
The initiative aims to promote authentic knowledge of the area through itineraries that allow visitors to discover alpine lakes, historic trails, panoramic viewpoints, and places rich in history and tradition. The excursions, designed for different levels of experience, will be accompanied by a professional guide certified by the Piedmont Region.
Schedule:
Sunday, June 21st: Moncenisio village loop, Arpone and Roterel lakes
Sunday, July 5th: A window onto Moncenisio: ascent to Baraccon des Chamois
Sunday, July 19th: Lake Savine and Col Clapier
Sunday, August 2nd: Lago Bianco loop
Sunday, August 16th: Moncenisio village tour with Ferrera Vecchia loop
Sunday, September 27th: Moncenisio Lake loop
