On Saturday, March 28 at 09:00 pm at the Palazzo delle Feste – Giolitti hall "Sinfonia al cioccolato".
A story by Lucia Margherita Marino, based on the book The Grammar of Chocolate and Cocoa by Clara and Gigi Padovani.
Riccardo Conti – percussion.
The history of chocolate begins with Quetzalcoatl, an Aztec deity worshipped in Mexico from the 13th to the 16th century, who, according to legend, gave mankind the cocoa tree.
Chocolate provides us all with magical answers to life's questions in the form of cubes, flakes, and drops.
This show, accompanied by a delicious tasting, is inspired by the latest book by food writers Clara and Gigi Padovani, who draw on that myth to narrate the seduction of chocolate throughout the centuries: from the European courts to Nutella ©, which turns sixty in 2024.
Gianduiotti kindly provided by Pasticceria Ugetti.
Free admission – reservations required on WhatsApp 3342320012.
