The parish church of San Giovanni Battista in Sauze d'Oulx was built around the 1530s. It has a simple façade and a Romanesque bell tower in Delfinal style. The interior is a single hall with two side chapels and ogival cross vaults. The furnishings include a sumptuous retable, side altars with baroque sculptures and a sixteenth-century choir. The church is rich in works of art, such as the altarpieces of the Deposition and the Immaculate Conception. The parish has an ancient history and an important artistic and historical importance in the area.
