This year, the Summer Edition of "Valsusa Emozioni da Bere" finds its home in Condove, celebrating the renowned Valsusa DOC wines and the area's excellent food and wine, in an event designed to discover and showcase the local winemaking heritage.
From July 18 to 20 the organizers are offering a packed calendar of events, including themed aperitifs, meetings and insights into the world of mountain winemaking, a photography exhibition showcasing the evocative landscape and ancient rural traditions, and a special themed dinner with food pairings, hosted on Saturday, July 19 by Sandro Ostorero, chef of the Phoenix restaurant in Condove.
The event culminates on Sunday, July 20 in the Condove Covered Market Square with an afternoon and evening event. The DOC Consortia of the Province of Turin (Canavese, Collina Torinese e Chierese, and Pinerolese) and a delegation of Savoyard winemakers will be present. In the tasting area, guests can savor wines from the Valsusa DOC and other consortia of the Province of Turin, Toma di Condove De.Co., traditional Mocchie bread, and typical sweets such as Valsusa canestrelli.
Admission to the event is free, but tastings are subject to a fee.
