Summer infusions in Bardonecchia

There's an ancient and fascinating way to cool off in the summer, combining the purity of water with the complexity of earthy scents.

On Sunday, August 9th, at 4:30 PM, the Melezet hamlet in Bardonecchia will host an unmissable event for lovers of flavor and culture: "Summer Infusions – The World of Tea and Its Families."

The event is part of a rich calendar of initiatives organized in the area and is part of the "Dran k'lä sië tro tar" initiative, supported by the Municipality of Bardonecchia, the Metropolitan City of Turin, Assomont, and numerous local supporters. It aims to be a true moment of memory and sharing.

Four teas, four worlds to savor

This will not be a simple tasting, but a true guided experience. Leading guests on this transcontinental journey will be Marta Lavezzo, Chazone's professional Tea Sommelier, who will reveal the secrets, stories, and botanical and cultural characteristics behind one of the world's most beloved beverages.

The journey is designed to explore the four main tea families:

Targeted tastings of cold infusions, the perfect way to rejuvenate during high-altitude summer afternoons, preserving the leaf's organoleptic properties and benefits.
