Explore the Historic Mountain Trails! Join our guide for a hike in the Gran Bosco di Salbertrand Natural Park.
Wednesday, August 5th: Guided hike in the Gran Bosco di Salbertrand Natural Park to learn about the scientific aspects and discover interesting facts, dynamics, and monitoring data on the main species of birds of prey and vultures present in the Alps. During the hike, you will reach the upper part of the Gran Bosco and the Testa dell'Assietta, and meet the Park Rangers who manage the Monitoring project.
Departure at 8:00 AM from the Sauze d'Oulx Tourist Office, Viale Genevris 7
Return at approximately 6:00 PM
Shuttle transportation to the Ser Blanc picnic area
Challenging hike
Total elevation gain: approximately 850 meters
Participants will be responsible for bringing their own packed lunch. A picnic bag is available at the "Jack Canali" refuge for €12.50. Bookings are required by Friday, July 31, tel. 0122456329.
Price: €15 for adults, €8 for children 8-16 years old.
