Farmers' Market
The Farmers' Market returns for its third event at the end of May. On Sunday, May 31st, from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., a market featuring local farmers' products will be held in the courtyard of the Società Operaia di Mutuo Soccorso (Workers' Mutual Aid Society) at Via Montenero 4 in Avigliana. Beginning at 8:30 a.m., the Bread Storytelling Workshop hosted by Fermento Collettivo will take place throughout the day. The aim is to teach participants how to make their own loaf of bread using sourdough starter and baking it in a wood-fired oven. Lunch and snacks are prepared by the organizers, with a free and informed donation.
