On Friday, March 21 from 02:30 pm to 06:00 pm the first day of "Lionabile" in Sauze d'Oulx.
The students are subjects of all ages, nationalities and types of disabilities (motor, sensory, cognitive, psychiatric), who participate individually or in groups (schools, associations and cooperatives). Based on their disability, they have the option of skiing SITTING, with 4 different types of chairs depending on their functional abilities, or STANDING; in both cases they are provided with the most suitable equipment. For sensory disabilities, in addition to knowledge of the Italian Sign Language for teaching the deaf, a robot is provided to guide the blind, which with a voice amplifier, guarantees communication between teacher and student.
