On Sunday, October 25, as part of the Autumn Festival organized by the Circolo della Ramats at the Circolo della Ramats (Via Jannon 14, Chiomonte):
3:30 PM – 4:30 PM | From the *Pertus* to Peasant Resistance: Between the Middle Ages and Modernity.
A conversation with Tabor Edizioni and the Armazan Association.
Through its publications and initiatives, Tabor offers a socio-historical perspective on territories, resistance movements, autonomy, and heresy, providing an alternative to the history written by the victors. Marking the 500th anniversary of the excavation of Colombano Romean’s *Pertus* (tunnel), this event examines the historical context of the era, the conflicts that defined it, and the "Great Peasants' War" of 1525.
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Bourrasque (Live)
Bourrasque is a duo—part of the La Crue Collective—featuring musicians Marthe Tourret and Élisa Trebouville. They treat timbres, strings, and languages like lines on a landscape, building their sound upon the traditional atmospheres of the Quercy and Massif Central regions of France. Their sonic universe—comprising violin, banjo, effects, vocals, and flutes—draws unexpected sparks from folk melodies, all driven by the rhythm of foot-stomping.
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM | *Alè amoun!* Tales of People and Mountains.
A performance by Alberto Borgatta.
*Alè amoun* (meaning "to climb" or "to go up") brings to the stage tales, legends, and stories from the Susa Valley. These narratives have been handed down through generations and are rooted in the profound—and often mysterious—relationship between humanity and the mountains. A place of work and toil, of transit and isolation, of fear and wonder; inhabited by humans, animals, and fantastic creatures, and populated by stories born to explain what once seemed inexplicable.
