On Friday, September 18, at 5:30 PM, the Susa Civic Library will host a discussion dedicated to promoting mental health and preventing psychological distress, based on the conviction that individual well-being is a fundamental value for the entire community.
Titled "Promoting Mental Health: A Shared Experience," the event stems from a desire by the *ProgressivaMente* Center and the *Ca Ludica* association to create a space for dialogue and exchange among institutions, professionals, schools, and local services.
Psychiatrist Michela Quaranta will introduce the event. A round-table discussion moderated by psychologist and psychotherapist Roberto Melis will follow, featuring representatives from local institutions, the education sector, and mental health services.
The evening will also see the presentation of the "All in the Mind" project—an initiative dedicated to fostering a culture of mental health—which will unfold over the coming months.
The initiative aims to highlight the importance of networking, sharing expertise, and collectively building a community capable of recognizing, preventing, and addressing situations of distress, while fostering greater attention to psychological well-being.
