Pasotti's exhibition takes visitors on a journey through some of the planet's most extreme environments, from the peaks of the Andes to the remote Svalbard Islands. The images, created by the European ERC project CoEvolve, document the fieldwork of scientists studying the microorganisms and life forms that populate these ecosystems, revealing the profound interaction between biology, landscape, and environmental change.
The exhibition inaugurates the Bardonecchia program of "Un grado e mezzo," which in the following weeks will feature talks, workshops, and meetings with leading figures in the scientific and educational fields, such as Elisa Palazzi, Luca Mercalli, and Marco Paolini.
