The Religious Cultural Heritage as a Place of Dialogue Among Valley Communities
The project, funded by the Compagnia di San Paolo, involves the Association ReCoSol (Network of Solidarity Municipalities), the Des Ambrois Higher Education Institute of Oulx, the Norberto Rosa Higher Education Institute of Susa, the Enzo Ferrari Higher Education Institute of Susa, the Diocesan Cultural Center, the Scouts Coordination Groups of the Susa Valley, Cultural Associations of the Valley, and Associations of Foreign Communities residing in the Valley.
Educational pathways aimed at the valley's higher education institutes to explore the artistic-cultural heritage of particularly valuable religious sites in the Susa Valley with the perspective of intercultural exchange starting from the native cultures of the communities in the Valley.
The research involved three heritage monuments, restored thanks to the contribution of the Compagnia di San Paolo: Chapel of the Annunciation and Parish Church of St. John the Baptist in Salbertrand, Sacra of San Michele, Novalesa Abbey.
