The building of the former primary school houses at its groundfloor the common wood-fired oven, two manually operated fire pumps and the common alembic used for the distillation of the grappa. Built in 1976 by the Consortium for the Agricultural Development of “Alpe Soulliet”, the common alembic is each year used at the beginning of the month of December, giving to the wine grower of the area the possibility of producing grappa according to the parameters of the law.
