Our Lady of Sorrows, with a heart pierced by swords, is at the center of the scene. On its sides some saints (San Giuseppe, San Francesco, San Biagio, Sant’Andrea). Together with two cherubs at the corners of the canvas they hold the Shroud. Behind it, a classic, sumptuous porch closes the scene in the background.
