SlowFood and Sloweb, an alliance between food and digital for a Slow Life. A utopia or a concrete possibility? A preview of Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2026 – scheduled in Turin from September 24 to 27, 2026 – where Slow Food's 40th anniversary and its alliance with Sloweb will be celebrated.
Sunday, July 26, in the church of San Restituto at 6:00 pm with Barbara Nappini, president of SlowFood Italy, and Pietro Jarre, founder of Sloweb. The meeting will be moderated by Federica Bello, director of La Valsusa.
