Sunday, May 31st, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, "Aeras, Cercando Cieli" by Antonella Usai - Intensive Yoga Workshop at the NAD Center (Combette 4).
The workshop is open to anyone wishing to spend a day of physical and mental well-being and experience NAD pedagogy, a human development methodology that integrates yoga, dance, and ecology. The workshop will focus on sequences that include body postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranyama), and symbolic hand positions (hasta mudra).
Antonella Usai is an artist, dancer, and dance and yoga teacher who has always been interested in the relationship between the arts, nature, and society. She holds a degree in theater history from the University of Turin and a degree in classical Indian dance (sile bharatanatyam) from the Darpana Academy of Performing Arts in Ahmedabad, India. She has been involved in training for over thirty years.
He founded the NAD association (an acronym for Nascere alla Danza, "Born to Dance") and conceived the NAD theater and the bioarchitecture center it houses, with the aim of creating a place for human development through the sharing of artistic practices and the promotion of a systemic vision.
