On Saturday, February 8 at 05:00 pm at the multipurpose center in Mompantero a course dedicated to the dances of San Front in Valle Po, animated by the Association I Balerin del bal veij.
At 09:00 pm screening of the documentary film by Andrea Fantino.
The film is dedicated to the dances of Sanfront in Valle Po: courenta sembia, courenta baratoira, balet, giga, bourea, inglesa, tersa, tola, spousin, dances that were performed in Sant'Agata and the surrounding area during celebrations, on weekdays, publicly and privately.
We go back in time with precious witnesses, fragile and strong memories at the same time, a film with women who tell and tell about themselves, often having fun and entertaining those who listen to them. The tenderness of a distant world, which then seems to return every time a melody or a choreography comes back to be listened to and danced.
